BVN is looking for an individual to join the Administration Team as Executive Assistant to the Principal Group. This is an exciting, dynamic position that requires an adept individual to keep up in this fast-paced role. Our EA should be exceptional at collaborating in a team or working autonomously. They have the capacity to think on their feet and are resourceful and creative with great active listening skills. They will assist the Principals at BVN, managing their diaries, engaging in client facing interactions and will be a key player in the day to day operations of the Principals group. This is a lively and challenging role, one which will be supported by the BVN Administration Team.


This is a full-time role for a highly organised, experienced Executive Assistant with at least four years’ experience. The EA would be part of the Administration Team, working alongside and collaborating with another PA to assist the Principals. A natural curiosity about design or interest in the field of art, architecture and design would be well regarded. This role requires the ability to manage multiple diaries at once, be able to ‘juggle’ numerous requests and constantly prioritise. You will be assisting the Principal’s day to day requirements and schedules. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are your forte along with great MS Office skills, a knowledge of InDesign would be a nice to have, but not essential.

We are looking for someone who is intuitive, able to adapt quickly and manage unexpected challenges with grace under fire! You will need to interact both with internal and external people, having an open and fluent communication style, Client interaction is a significant part of this position and requires a nuanced and thoughtful individual to engage with a wide range of client personalities and projects. In many respects this position is a front facing role, speaking on behalf of the Principals to BVN’s clients. This role is integral in developing positive communications in client relationships.


  • Manage/coordinate multiple calendars

  • Organise and facilitate attendance and presentation at conferences – Nationally and Internationally
  • Company credit card and personal expense reconciliation
  • Support other admin team members
  • Monitor awards submission deadlines, follow up entries as they move through the judging process, event organisation for any galas or judging panels alongside day to duties as a PA
  • Manage and coordinate the awards calendar and awards schedule
  • Liaise with the digital publishing team on key dates and deadlines
  • Manage and coordinate project teams and Principals to submit award entries by deadline
  • Update awards InDesign documents, project pages and awards tracking spreadsheet
  • Coordinate attendees for galas, and publish any wins on our intranet
  • Deal with sensitive information


  • 4+ years PA/EA experience at a senior level
  • Experience supporting multiple managers
